If this was true would you like to learn how? Fact is it this is one hundred percent true. Each one of us has the ability to feel healthier, happier as well as have more energy. There is no “Secret Formula” or “Magic Potion.” However it is a choice. Science tells us that an “Attitude of Gratitude” can have a positive impact on our health. Remember when the last time you were grateful for something? Didn’t you feel more optimistic? Relaxed, happy, and joyful. Imagine if you could feel that way on demand every day! Gratitude can help you in many ways: Relationships The one thing we all strive for is a meaningful relationship with our spouse or partner, sometimes we forget to tell them how much they mean to us. Or forget to tell them thank you. When we were younger our parents always taught us to say thank you, be grateful for what you have! I can still hear my mothers words. Let those people know how important they are to you, tell them how much you love them! The universal laws which surround the energy we expand always come back us. In life we get what we give, if it’s love you seek then send it out into the universe. If your one of those people who is “always on” trying to achieve more and ahead in your business or career, only to find yourself at the end of the day no further ahead than when the day started…You might want to take a minute and refine your current approach. Don’t get discouraged, there are millions of people who have the same daily challenges. When I first started in business I believed that I could get more work done by extending my day, even if it meant working nights and weekends. Sound familiar ?? Truth is successful people commit as much time to all areas of life as they do to their business. Their focus is always on the goals which they desire to achieve, so is the focus on all areas of life ! When I implemented that strategy in my daily focus my whole life began to change. Begin by identifying what is important. “Where your focus goes energy flows.” Be aware of the people around you, I found it helpful to share my expectations with the people on my team, which helped them to understand where I was going everyday. On of my favorite things to do is going for a walk with my dogs, yet if I never told my team I needed 30 minutes a day with no phone call how would they know? Maybe you want to go to the gym, spend time with the family, go for a walk, a day off, a vacation? let your team know what you need, no-phone calls, no-emails, no-text messages, or any other form of communication...

Every day the sun comes up and offers us the light of a brand new day, an opportunity for a fresh start for the day, as Sunday approaches we begin to look at the week ahead. At the end of the month it’s time to set our sights on the month ahead. On January first the new year begins and we can forget about the past year and begin with a fresh start. Sound Familiar ?? We’ve all heard people say forget the past, move on. Or maybe you’ve heard that saying..“What Happens in Las Vegas Stays in Las Vegas.” The past is like a ball and chain holding you back, right? However did you ever stop and give that a thought? What I mean is, did you ever consider what happened in the past has helped you to be the person you are today? Sidney Poitier grew up in a little house on Cat Island in the Bahamas, the house he lived in had no running water and no electricity, his parents earned some money from their tomato farm which gave them enough to barley get by. Sidney would go swimming, collect fruit, climb trees, he was free to roam and explore anywhere on the island. There was plenty of time to be still and think. At night he sought comfort with his parents on their porch as they would sit and fan the smoke from green palm leaves they’re burning to shoo the mosquitoes and the sand flies. His life was simple, some people would consider that living in poverty. It was a place of gorgeous beaches...

If you are in sales one of the harder aspects of selling is to ask for the sale, yet is one of the most overlooked part of sales. Most sales happen after asking more than one time, some studies have suggested 80 percent of sales happen when the prospect is asked more than one time! Which is why most people don’t achieve the results they desire, get discouraged and quit. Did you know, if you are not involved in a sales job you still sell every day?? Remember when you were younger and wanted to sleep over a friends house? You pulled out all the stops…But mom all my friends are sleeping over! Both parents will be home…We’ll go to bed early…I promise to come right home in the morning! Seems like yesterday. Right ?? Building rapport is a key element in sales as well as in every day life. Sometimes we miss out on opportunities, it could be a sale if you sell for a living, could be earning a persons trust, or a job promotion. If you and I are going to live the life we desire we must learn to build rapport with the people within our lives. Why is that important? Building rapport can provide you with many opportunities. Think about it, there are unlimited ways you can apply rapport in your every day life. Friends, family, co-workers, and someone we don’t know. When rapport is established you are in control!! People love when someone listens to what they have to say. When was the last time...

Can you remember a time when you were about to do something and you said to yourself…This doesn’t feel right…I knew that was going to happen….That person is going to crash and burn. Or you were thinking about an old friend from school or college, and that same day they call you? It’s not likely we read peoples minds or anything like that, we just know that feeling we get in out gut when something makes us feel uncomfortable or alerts us of a potential issue. When we were growing up our parents were always trying to keep us safe, offer us advice, keep us out of trouble. In our teen age years it was the advice of a close friend who always knew what was in our best interest, right??? Yet for most of us we never listen to that inner voice which is always there looking out for us. However there are other times when we just know it’s not a good idea to continue with: A new project or business venture An unstable relationship A large job promotion An investment When I began my journey within I was a bit unclear just how powerful this concept was. I read many books, listen to recordings, and watched many videos. One of the biggest challenges we are all faced with is, what your intuition trying to tell you? For most of us it is quite tricky to understand, on the outside we just want to make a quick decision and get on with it…But deep inside something is not quite right, which for most people is quite frustrating,...
